VenueCore Technologies started from a simple frustration: the scoreboard, the concourse screens and the scheduling software in most buildings were sold by three different companies and spoke to each other through spreadsheets. We set out to build one integrated stack — display hardware, media infrastructure, AI and operations software — designed for the people who actually run events.
Our mission
Give every venue — from a professional arena to a municipal field house — display and software infrastructure that is reliable on the night it matters, affordable to own over a decade, and simple enough that the staff on shift can run it without a specialist standing behind them.
We deliver that through four connected product lines, one commissioning process, and a support relationship that continues long after the install crew leaves.

How we work
Game night is the deadline
Every decision we make — hardware choice, interface layout, support model — is judged against whether it holds up 20 minutes before doors open.
Integrated by design
We build the display, the media network and the software together so venues aren't left brokering between vendors who blame each other.
Made for the whole roster
The people running the board are often volunteers or students. If they can't learn it in one session, we haven't finished designing it.
